Since fragrances are personal-care items, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards. For this reason, we do not offer returns or refunds once a product has been opened, used, or tested in any way. However, if you receive a damaged, leaked, defective, or incorrect product, we will happily replace it at no extra cost. To request a replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof of the issue, including the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the product received. Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a replacement.
We do not offer refunds for reasons such as not liking the fragrance, fragrance expectations, personal preferences, allergic reactions, or ordering by mistake. Since perfume preferences vary from person to person, we encourage customers to review the product descriptions and note breakdown carefully before placing an order. In cases where a replacement is approved, we will only replace the exact item you originally ordered; no exchange for a different product or fragrance is permitted. Refunds are issued only if the product you ordered is out of stock and we cannot provide a replacement. In such rare cases, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders where customers refuse the shipment or fail to receive the package. Such incidents may result in restrictions on future COD orders. If a parcel is returned to us due to incomplete address, incorrect contact information, or repeated delivery failures, shipping charges will not be refunded. Please ensure your address and phone number are correct at checkout. All return or replacement requests must be sent to info@mitramistindia.com along with your order number and supporting evidence. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
